At Thinkaflow, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility
- First-time subscribers only
- Request must be made within 14 days of payment
- Applies to Standard, Professional, and Unlimited plans
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@thinkaflow.com with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, but we do not offer refunds for partial months.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After 14 days from initial purchase
- For renewals of existing subscriptions
- If your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
- For AI generation usage (once used, credits are consumed)
5. Payment Platform-Specific Policies
Web (Stripe)
Refunds for Stripe payments follow this policy. Contact us at support@thinkaflow.com.
iOS (Apple In-App Purchase)
For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, refund requests must be made directly to Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase and request a refund
Refund approval is at Apple's discretion.
Android (Google Play)
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests must be made to Google:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Select Thinkaflow
- Click "Request a refund"
Refund approval is at Google's discretion.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@thinkaflow.com.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
