1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Thinkaflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Thinkaflow is an AI-powered goal-achievement platform that transforms ideas into actionable plans. We provide tools for project planning, task management, and AI-assisted content generation.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
  • Not create multiple accounts to bypass limitations

4. Subscription Plans

Thinkaflow offers Free, Standard ($5/month), Professional ($10/month), and Unlimited ($50/month) plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Free Plan Limitations

  • 2 active projects
  • 10 AI generations per month

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content through AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Store your content on our servers
  • Display your content back to you

We do not use your content for marketing or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Scrape or automatically collect data
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated plans before relying on them.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
